1. Alcohol Inclusion

Some of our curated hampers may include alcoholic beverages. By purchasing an alcohol-inclusive hamper, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.

• The recipient of the hamper is also 18 years of age or older.

• The total volume of alcohol per hamper does not exceed 1.5 litres.

• The value of the alcohol and its container is no more than 50% of the hamper’s total sale price.

2. Age Verification

We reserve the right to request proof of age upon purchase or delivery. Alcohol will not be delivered to or accepted by persons under 18 years of age.
