Shipping policy

At The Wild Harvest Collective, we take pride in delivering your artisanal hamper with care and efficiency. Please read our shipping and delivery policy below for details regarding delivery options, timeframes and costs. 

Shipping Across Victoria & Australia

We ship our hampers across Australia via AusPost. 

Orders made before 12pm are shipped the same the day. Otherwise all orders after 12pm will be shipped before 10am next day. 

Melbourne metro delivery can be arranged - please email us for more information. 

All Harvest Living and Pantry Items are shipped at a flat rate of $14.00

Due to their size and packaging requirements, all Harvest Gift Boxes are sent at a flat rate of $20.00

Tracking and postal confirmation will be provided with all purchases. 

Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions - please provide these at checkout. 

Missed Deliveries

Missed deliveries will be taken to the nearest Post Office for safe keeping until pickup can be arranged by the customer. Hold times may vary depending on the Post Office location. 

Hampers Containing Alcohol

Hampers containing alcohol cannot be left unattended on delivery and must be accepted by a person 18-years or older.
