Refund policy
Here at The Wild Harvest Collective, we take immense pride in delivering high-quality, locally sourced artisan products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we adhere to the guidelines set by Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However if you have concerns about your order, please get in touch - we are always happy to assist.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
In accordance with ACL, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if a product is:
- Defective
- Damaged upon delivery
- Significantly different from the description or sample shown
- Not intended for its person
What to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email
- Provide proof of your purchase and photos of the issue if able
- Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue we will either issue a refund or replacement as required by law.
Delivery-Related Damage
We take care great to package our products securely. However if your order arrives damaged due to circumstances related to delivery, we are here to help.
What to do:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email
- Provide photos of the damaged goods, packaging and shipping label
- Resolution: we will assess the damage and if it meets criteria arrange a replacement, refund or store credit in accordance with ACL.
It may be be required that we will lodge a claim with our delivery service, so please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved with thanks.
